我院的一台百胜DU6彩超在保修期内曾出现一例棘手故障，现将维修过程简述如下，供同行们借鉴。故障现象：彩超开机后，主机运行基本正常，但彩色显示器图像不够清晰，调节操作面板上远场近场增益，图像清晰度变化不大。维修过程：进人显示器菜单，反复调节其对比度和亮度，图像清晰度稍有改善，但仍感觉图像质量欠佳。因在保修期内，故将此情况通知了维修站。维修人员来到现场检查后，显示器的亮度及对比度重新进行了调节，告诉我们机器没有问题，可以放心使用。特诊科使用一段时间后坚持认为图像质量不如起初。根据使用人员提供的情况，我们分析认为，设备肯定存在故障，故障原因有三种可能:(1)彩超探头性能不良；（2)主机图像处理通道出现问题；（3)显示器存在故障。此时保修期还有两个月就要结束，一旦过保修期就会给院里造成很大经济损失。为了尽快确定故障部位，我们采用了排除法。首先，分别用彩超附带的三个探头检查人体，结果图像清晰度差别不大，说明探头没有问题。其次，用一台17英寸纯平彩色显示器取代彩超显示器，结果发现图像清晰度恢复正常，由此判定显示器存在问题，更换了新显示器后，彩超终于恢复正常工作。
